Do we offer free quotes?
Yes, we offer free quotes and estimates for any service including both residential and commercial work.
Can I change my service later?
Yes, you can always add or take off any service we are currently providing. We can always change the frequency of service as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel service at any time no matter the reason. We do not lock our clients into restrictive contracts.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system. We will send an invoice via email, and you can pay it online, via check, or via phone. Lawn maintenance is typically billed for a month in advance.
What time of year do you offer each service?
Our regular lawn maintenance typically runs from April to October, we perform cleanups in March and November, and we maintain commercial properties year-round.
What is the policy on late payments?
We have a very flexible payment policy. Invoices are typically due one week after they are sent out. We are always willing to make unique arrangements for any situation, but if an invoice becomes over 60 days overdue without any communication it will include a 10% late fee.
